Mia Bella Originals was founded by Gail Camp Ray and is located in White Oak, WV.  We are a full service event planning and interior decorating company.

​​"I'm so pleased to share with you my latest venture.  I now have a venue to accompany all the services offered by Mia Bella Originals.  

In 2017 I purchased a private residence consisting of 90 beautifully preserved acres, 1/4-mile-long tree-lined driveway, 6,000 square foot main house, 3 room pool house reserved especially for the groom and his entourage, 2-bedroom caretaker’s house, 3200 square foot barn, large pond and a sanctuary for many woodland animals and Mia Bella Grand was born!  It is secretly tucked away behind an iron-gated entrance just minutes from Interstates 77 and 64, in White Oak, WV.  
The home is a 6,000 square foot colonial with 14 public rooms, including a beautiful bridal suite, extra guest bedrooms and bath, large 8-seat makeup and dressing room, studio, caterer's dream kitchen, library, classic sunroom and separate 3-room groom's quarters, 3300 square foot patio to house reception tents and ample parking for events.  Whether you want classic, elegant, vintage, rustic, modern, boho or other themed events, we can deliver with this grand estate. 

As the owner of Mia Bella Grand, I began renovations to the property in 2017 and opened the venue with the first wedding in August of 2018.  I am also the owner of Mia Bella Originals Interior Design and Event Planning, a premiere event business with an impeccable reputation for timely, smooth-running and beautifully designed events. 

The venue offers several packages ranging from one or two-day rentals with overnight accommodations, full-event planning services, event coordination, spa services and more. Although including particular items in each package, our goal is to allow you the opportunity to basically design your own package to fit your individual event needs. 

One valuable service that we include in every package at Mia Bella Grand is Week-Of Coordinating services so even if you prefer to plan your own event, you can depend on our qualified team to take the stress off of you the week and day of your event and promote a Mia Bella Originals-style wedding! 

Weddings, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, baby showers, anniversary parties, birthday parties, business meetings and training sessions and more will surely be remembered once held at Mia Bella Grand with its classic and elegant home, but peaceful and serene surroundings

“Mia Bella Originals” translates to “My Beautiful Originals”.  God has blessed me with the ability to “see” potential in everything and my ultimate objective on every job is to make the client happy.  I thrive on producing unique, unusual and one-of-a-kind things and often draw from nature for inspiration.

I have a broad set of skills including carpentry, floristry, sewing, and painting, along with the ability to organize and multi-task.  We custom build many of the pieces used in our decorating projects.  Often we re-purpose items the client already has to keep down cost and still provide a new space.   

I have over 15 years of experience decorating for others and planning events and I focus on what each individual client wants and strive to make it happen, keeping comfort, style and budget in balance.

​I am a motivated, loyal and creative person.  You get a new friend, a wedding partner and a true professional when you work with me.
